In 2017, I purchased my first home.  After my 2-year-old daughter contracted lead-poisoning from our rental home, we very quickly made plans to move and purchase a home.  We found a modest home that we could afford and invested in a pre-purchase home inspection with an inspector recommended to us by our realtor.  In 2019, after being in the home for 2 years, I was mostly bedbound.  I suffered greatly with dementia-like symptoms, seizure-like episodes, migraines that persisted for months, dizziness, severe anxiety, tinnitus, and severe inflammation in my joints.  Only after spending exorbitant amounts of money did we discover that we were living in substantial amounts of hidden toxic mold.  Out of resources and options, we were forced to live in a tent for months with our small children.  It is there that I voraciously read in efforts to fight for my life and home.  After being in the tent for months and remediating our home, I was fortunate to recover enough to work again.  With a desire to change the industry, advocate for myself, and learn all I could, I forced myself in to a job with a local mold remediation and indoor air quality company.  It is there that I learned all I could about environmental testing, indoor air quality, and mold remediation.  My own personal struggle and  journey has planted a seed of passion in my heart to help others navigating environmental illnesses.  Over the past few years, I have worked tirelessly to educate, spread awareness, and build a network with professionals dedicated and capable of diagnosing and healing environmental issues.  My mission is to ALIGN you with these professionals and walk beside you in your own journey to healing.
